The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.
SASSA will likely be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed in regards to the higher amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a substantial range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office committed to service the area daily. The service stage developed for intervention encounters a substantial influx of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for your office to attend to all people who go to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more resources to here enable the servicing of all prospects and maximize entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
